Maintenance Request Process:

All maintenance requests must be submitted via email :

Woodhill Apartments: whmaintenance@cbman.com 

Please include the following details in your request:

  • A description of the issue
  • Your full address
  • Your name
  • Your contact phone number

Maintenance will reach out to schedule an appointment. Rental Managers are not authorized to accept maintenance requests under any circumstances, including emergency requests.

 

After-Hours Emergency Maintenance:

The following situations are considered emergencies:

  • Fire: Call 911 immediately. Once safe, contact emergency maintenance at 859-600-6041
  • Flooding: If water is leaking uncontrollably, turn off the water supply immediately. If a shutoff valve is not available, turn off the water to the entire unit. Management will show residents the locations of the shutoff valves.
  • No Heat: In winter months when temperatures are below freezing.

Emergency maintenance personnel will assess whether the situation qualifies as a true emergency. If the emergency maintenance line is called for issues that are not considered emergencies, the resident's rental account will be charged for the on-call technician's time.
